Acceptance and operator

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using Directory. The terms for the wider Alpha Capture website are separate.

Directory is operated by Harkster Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14661786. Its registered office is 5 Providence Court, Pynes Hill, Exeter, Devon, England, EX2 5JL. Alpha Capture and Directory are product names, not separate legal entities.

About Directory

Directory helps you find and assess third-party macroeconomic research, data and analysis. Its listings, editorial assessments and verification information are editorial information, not investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. They are not a recommendation to make a transaction.

We review sources, but information can change between reviews. Check important facts, prices and access conditions with the publisher before relying on a source.

Third-party sources and links

Directory links to websites, publications and services we do not control. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability, security, prices, access rules and privacy practices. Their own terms may apply when you visit or use them. Inclusion in Directory is not an endorsement of every view, product or service offered by a publisher.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Directory to:

• act unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or infringe another person's rights;
• attempt unauthorised access or introduce malware or other harmful code;
• disrupt the service, overload it or circumvent its technical protections; or
• scrape or reproduce content in a way that disrupts Directory or infringes rights.

We may restrict access or remove submitted material where reasonably necessary to protect Directory, its users or third parties.

Submissions and corrections

Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Only provide material you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential information or unnecessary personal data, and disclose relevant relationships when proposing a source.

You keep any rights you have in your submission. You give Harkster Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, edit and, where appropriate, publish it as part of operating Directory. A submission or correction creates a pending review record. It does not guarantee publication or require us to use your proposed wording.

Intellectual property

Directory's content, software and Alpha Capture branding belong to or are licensed to Harkster Limited. You may view pages, share links and print pages for personal or internal professional reference. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of Directory without our permission or another lawful basis. Third-party content remains subject to its owner's rights.

Availability

We take reasonable care in operating Directory, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing will always be complete, accurate or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw features or listings as the service develops.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Harkster Limited's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by your misuse of Directory or by a third party's own acts or omissions. If you use Directory for business purposes, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, business or opportunities, or for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use Directory for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights or court protections available where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Directory changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Updated terms apply from the date shown when they are published here. Continued use of Directory after that date means you accept the updated terms.
