Directory is operated by Harkster Limited as part of the Alpha Capture product. This page explains how support, commercial relationships and editorial decisions are kept distinct.
Editorial independence
Harkster Limited supports the operation and development of Directory. Directory inclusion, descriptions, “Best for” judgments, verification states and curated collections are editorial decisions. Payment cannot buy inclusion, a favourable description or a higher editorial assessment.

Featured and sponsored placements
Featured placements reflect editorial emphasis. Sponsored placements are commercially funded, are labelled as sponsored and carry a visible disclosure. Sponsorship does not alter the underlying source record or its verification state.
Source-level disclosures
A Source page may record a relevant commercial relationship, ownership fact or limitation that helps readers interpret the listing. Providers are classified as official, independent or commercial separately from the type of research they publish.
People proposing a Source are asked to disclose relationships that could affect how their recommendation is understood. Submissions remain pending until editorial review.
What inclusion means
